Each week we spread a table
To feed some hungry soul
Some weakened one to nurture.
Some broken heart make whole.
We’re here to cheer the lonely
The straying ones to seek
To share a cozy shelter as
The Master’s house we seek
Though other tables round us
May be so richly spread
There may be someone out there.
Who needs to share our bread
Our table may be simple and
Our servers poorly bred:
But one thing is for certain
We share the Living Bread.
We offer streams of water
That flow from solid Rock
To quench the thirst of pilgrims
And heal the wounded flock.
We wish that you would join us
If you should pass our way
And taste of God’s abundance
While we sincerely pray.
